“Shine”
"I am endlessly captivated by the intricate layers that shape each individual's existence. When I engage with people, I delve deep into contemplating their purpose, experiences, stories, and the thoughts that make who they are.
Like the layers of human existence, my artwork plunges into the complexities of life. Through my drawings, I aim to capture the essence of these layers, unveiling the narratives and emotions concealed within. First, each layer applied on a clear PVC sheet serves as a metaphor for the diverse experiences and stories that influence our being. I then enhance these drawings by playing with lighting effects in Photoshop. Lastly, by projecting them onto a computer projector or LED screen, I expect various light effects that illuminate different levels and textures, providing myriad ways to shed light on each piece.
Similar to how an obituary encapsulates one's essence, my art endeavors to reveal the core of humanity. Through the interplay of light and color, I seek to illuminate the intricacies of existence, unveiling the beauty and depth that lie beneath the surface.
Every piece I create reflects my belief in the transformative power of creation. Just as light imbues an object with color, my artwork evokes emotions, sparks thoughts, and inspires introspection. It is my aspiration that through my art, viewers embark on a journey of self-discovery, finding resonance in the layers of their own lives."
